This hotel was perfect for what I needed. Great value. Good location. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Room was sufficient. Clean and comfortable.

This is the worst hotel we stayed at. Badly congested room and toilet. The behaviour of the staff was also bad. Not worth staying. Moreover, booking.com charged an excess amount. No place to keep luggage, very difficult to move inside the room after keeping one suitcase.

My husband and I stayed at Nouvel Hotel Eiffel after arriving in Paris on our way to Spain. We only stayed one night, but the hotel provided exactly what we needed. The staff were very friendly and helped us with local suggestions as well as securing a taxi for our 4am departure. If we were to find ourselves in Paris again for a short trip, I would stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff who were willing to help. Great location with shops, metro and bus stops near by. Rooms are clean and neat.. there is only one small elevator with very limited space. takes time for your turn on the elevator if it's in use.

Our room was not clean at all. The room was very very small, and inside the room there was a door that connects our room with the other room and we listen all the noises from the other room. When we checked out we decided to leave our luggage so that they would store it for us during the day until we left Paris and the luggage was kept there in plain sight in the middle of the reception without any control over whether you took your suitcase or someone else's luggage.
